The Technical Support Unit (TSU) is responsible for installing, monitoring, and maintaining IT equipment in the Faculty of Engineering at KAU. The unit provides both hardware and software technical support to the college, while maintaining IT equipment inventory and records of all maintenance tasks received and completed. The technical support staff personnel keep in close contact with members of the Faculty of Engineering and its various levels of administration.
