Faculty Administration Unit

The Faculty Administration Unit (FAU) manages the general administration of the Faculty of Engineering at KAU,coveringthe day-to-day operationsconcerning personnel and financial management. It is responsible for complete information and resources management for the college. The unit carries out numerous functions such as human resource performance appraisals, budgets control and disbursement of salaries, as well as maintenance oversight of facilities and moveable property. It also finalizesprocurement orders and contracts with outside agencies to provide any and all ancillary services and/or supplies to the Faculty of Engineering. The Faculty Administration Unit also coordinates with government ministries and public offices to provide a variety of services, including passport services forits expatriate staff members.
