Facilities Unit

The Facilities Unit (FU) is responsible for coordinating any and all maintenance, inspection, and auditing work at the Faculty of Engineering.   Through these processes, the unit ensures that the quality of safety and security at the college are in line with local and international standards. Facilities Unit personnel receive maintenance requests from college administrators, faculty members and staff, and carry-out the appropriate planning, scheduling, and job logging to complete the required tasks.  Depending on project scale, facilities maintenance operations are executed through the unit’s collaboration with the KAU maintenance administration and external contractors.
