Logistic Support Platform

 

It is a service offered for the student where all logistic services necessary for facilitating the learning process for the student joining the Diploma of Safety and fire protection are presented. This platform aims at:

  1. Coordination between the student, the diploma management and the teaching staff.
  2. Preparing the reports for all applications coming to the platform of logistic support and notifying the student within three days.
  3. Dealing with technical issues that may face the students or the teaching staff with regard to Blackboard.
  4. The full technical and professional support for students and teaching staff.

 

There are also four channels in the logistic support platform to accelerate help for students:

The technical support gate:

The exceptional cases gate

The applications gate

The development ideas gate

To guarantee the implementation of the Diploma, a management strategy was prepared. This strategy included deciding on the procedures and the responsibilities, tasks and dealing with suspended issues.
