Name of award: Dean's Award for
Exemplary Administrator
Goals of
the award: encouraging positive competition among
the college staff towards creativity, distinction and achievement and
highlighting their efforts towards promoting administration.
The award requirements:
The applicant should
abide by the following:

Receiving an excellent grade in
the job Performance’ appraisal for the past year
·
The employee's working period in the
applying administrative unit shall not be less than one year of work.
·
The previous award winner is not
entitled to apply for the award until three years have passed since winning.
·
The employee must be of good conduct
and behavior.
Nomination for the award:
1- A
personal nomination by the employee, with all requirements attached
2- The
confirmation of the department in which the employee works on the nomination
for the award.
The
committee works on the following:
·
Receiving the files of candidates for
the Distinguished Employee Award and ensuring the regularity of nominations
·
Reviewing the evidence and verifying
its conformity with the standards and the appropriateness of the grades that
were allocated to the items of the standards and reviewing them
·
Conducting a comparison between
candidates according to grades, evidence and proofs
·
A ballot is held if the candidates' scores are
equal.
