The Faculty of Engineering recruiting professionals attract experienced and talented candidates from all over the globe. The Recruitment Unit works with King Abdulaziz University HR representatives and Faculty of Engineering administration, and department heads to identify existing recruitment needs, and to development a strategic plan to meet those demands. Recruitment specialists in the unit are responsible for posting advertisements and monitoring their activity throughout the web, via networking, and referrals. They also provide guidance to both administrative personnel and faculty candidates about salaries, training requirements and other career development opportunities, in accordance with the regulations and bylaws set by the Ministry of Higher Education.
