Dr. Kabli is the Vice Dean for Development and Total Quality at the Faculty of Engineering – KAU.  Graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from KAU in 1999, he went on to earn both his Master’s and PhD in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham, in 2003 and 2009, respectively.  While at the University of Nottingham, Dr. Kabli served as a member of the Strategic Technology Alignment Road Mapping Group, and continued to assume key positions when returning to the Faculty of Engineering at KAU, including as a member of the Emergency and Disaster Management Committee and as chairman of the Industrial Engineering Department.  His research interests, as an assistant professor in the Industrial Engineering Department, include decision analysis, strategic technology road mapping, and feasibilities of multi-criteria decision making
