Student Advisory Committee (SAC)
In accordance with the
directives of the KAU Deans’ Consultation Committee, a Students Advisory
Committee (SAC) is formed from senior faculty administrators, as well as student
representatives from all academic levels. The SAC aims to resolve students’
educational concerns and difficulties through mutual discussions between the
senior faculty administrators and student representatives. To achieve this
purpose, the SAC is required to hold regular meetings on a monthly basis.
SAC Objectives
· Promotion and development of the educational programs in the college
· Address students’ concerns and difficulties while helping to find
solutions
· Elevate learning capacities of students

· Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chairman
· Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Member
· Vice-Dean for Post-graduate Students and Research, Member
· Vice-Dean for Development, Member
· 22 students selected from various KAU Engineering departments
and specializations, with one student acting as the Coordinator to the
committee
