Administrative and Career Development Unit (ACDU)

The Administrative and Career Development Unit (ACDU) identifies and analyzes the faculty and staff training requirements through needs analyses and organizational behavior study. It orchestrates and manages training and development plans for KAU Engineering faculty and administrative staff, often while collaborating with other relevant institutions within or outside the Faculty of Engineering.  This is done to exchange experiences and resources to assist training course initiatives and strategic development plans more effectively.
